We, at Up to ComX Technology, provide various web design, development, digital marketing, facial recognition, rightreception, rightcampaign and operate, among others, the Internet platform https://www.rightchoice.io

The publisher owns and publishes of the application and https://www.rightchoice.io
(hereinafter “the site”). The site is hosted by Third Party cloud service providers such as Digital Pacific, Amazon, MicroSoft Azure & Google Cloud etc. and contactable by telephone on+61 (0) 431 965 429

The following Apps can be downloaded for free: RightReception, RightCampaign – RightMobile Messaging App. After download, these Apps support a limited number of users (ie: customers or employees) being recorded. To increase the number of users supported by these Apps, you need to purchase a subscription.

If your subscription expires, the Service will stop working, and we may delete your historical data.
You can change (ie: upgrade or downgrade) your subscription plan at any time. When you change your subscription:

1. a) A new subscription will commence from the date of change (ie: the next renewal will be one month or one year after the date of change as appropriate).

1. b) Credit for any unused portion of your previous subscription will be applied to your new subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, no refund for the unused portion of the subscription will be applied.

We take privacy issues very seriously, and expect that you do the same when using the Service. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are fully responsible for ensuring you adhere to the privacy laws in the location that your operate your business. Specifically:

1. 1. a) You will obtain consent from each individual before recording their details using the Service.
   2. b) You will delete users from the Service if they remove their consent.
   3. c) You will not use the Service to record information about children under the age of 18.

We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for your failure to adhere to your privacy laws.

If we discontinue the service in this way before the end of your pre-paid subscription, we will refund the portion of the fees you have pre-paid but haven’t received services for.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

1. d) The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

2. b) Reduced to the extent that you caused or contributed to that loss or damage.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.
