What information we collected

User Information

a. The platform (Cloud based, and accessed using a Web browser) allows you to manage information about the users of the Apps (eg: your employees, members, students, or customers).

This includes information such as their:

  • Unique identifier (eg: employee number, member number, etc).
  • Contact details (ie: Name, email and mobile phone number).

b. The RightReception App (which runs on a mounted iPad and is used by many users) allows each visitors to register to check-in at a registration stand or desk – a process which allows visitors them to submit their basic personal information, as well as their check-in and check-out times.

  • Profile picture.
  • Biometric data (ie: key facial features).

c. provides important capabilities to support the responsible collection and use of biometric data, including:

  • Requiring users to acknowledge a simple privacy policy and to actively consent to the capture of biometric data.
  • Allowing non-consenters to use an alternative means of identification, such as passcodes.

d. The RightFace App (which runs on individual users smartphones both android and iOS) allows users to scan other user live face motion in real time to submit:

  • A profile picture ( Where user’s accept and share personal details with their consent).

e. The RightCampaign is a business communication as a service to web and mobile applications. Where customers can able to send and receive or exchange their communications with their end users using different communication channels (for eg: SMS, email, Voice and messaging mobile application and etc.)

  • Unique Identifies (eg: user name, account number, and password)
  • Send personalize or bulk SMS and Email Marketing Campaigns in no networking area

f. RightClean is a GPS with geofence and mobile attendance app (Track staff on the road, auto routing and GPS with end-to-end employees’ or workers management solutions) great mobile workforce solution with complete visibility(For eg: Field workforce, track time, location, and mileage – automate with Geofencing, Rules, and alerts.)

  • Modern biometric on any smartphone device
  • Works offline in no signal areas too
  • Employee attendance and monitor their workforce at multi-location

We may collect non-personally identifiable information about you whenever you interact with our website or use the Service, such as your browser name, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP) and other related technical information that does not personally identifiable with you.

Our website may also use “cookies” to learn more about enhance your experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Business Information

We collect information on organisations that use or may use our services so we can keep these organisations informed about relevant and important changes. For example, this allows us to notify organisations of updates to:

  • The Apps.
  • Pricing, Special Offers, etc.

We may also contact you regarding other related products or services offered by us or our partners. If we do contact you via email, we will provide a mechanism for you to opt out of receiving future email communications.

We do not sell or rent your business information, including your contact details, to others.

User Information

The platform (which is Cloud based, and accessed using a Web browser) allows you to manage information on your users so that you can control which users can make use of the Apps, and how they can use it. For example, to control which employees:

  • Need to record their time and attendance.
  • Have access to restricted areas.

The biometric data collected by the App (which runs on a mounted iPad and is used by many users) allows users to be recognised automatically after registration.

Information on your users is only available to you; does not use this information at all, nor do we sell or rent it to others.

Usage Information

The RightChoice Apps allow you to collect information about each activity (or event). If you use the Apps stand-alone, the usage data is only retained on your device. If you choose to connect the RightChoice Apps to the RightChoice platform (which is Cloud based, and accessed using a Web browser), then this information is retained in the platform so that you can perform queries and reports on it.

Information on your users is only available to you; does not use this information at all, nor do we sell or rent it to others.

A subset of the usage information may also be passed to 3rd party systems used by your organisation. For example, it may be passed:

  • To your Payroll System, to automatically populate timesheets, so that employees can be paid.
  • To your Access Control System, to evaluate whether a user should have access a restricted area, so that security can be maintained.

Information on the usage of the system is only available to you; does not use this information at all, nor do we sell or rent it to others.

How we protect your information

Business Information

Information on businesses that use or may use our services are stored in our IT systems. We take your privacy seriously, and take responsible measures to secure this information. For example:

  • Network transmissions of data are encrypted.
  • Biometric data is encrypted while at rest.
  • Data is backed up.
  • etc.

User/Usage Information

Information on your users and their usage of the RightChoice Apps may be stored on your devices, in our IT systems, or in linked 3rd party systems (eg: your Payroll System or Access Control System). We take responsible measures to protect the information stored in our IT systems. For example:

  • Network transmissions of data are encrypted.
  • Biometric data is encrypted while at rest.
  • Data is backed up.
  • etc.

You need to take responsible measures to protect this information while it is stored on your devices or in linked 3rd party systems, such as:

  • Ensure the physical security of your premises
  • Physically secure your devices (using lockable mounts, holders and stands).
  • Backing up your devices using iCloud services.
  • Not sharing passwords between users.


Web-based interface, mobile app and other downloadable and integrable software developed and maintained by for the purpose of provision of the Services.

When you provide personal information to us, we will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than in circumstances referred to above. We may send out important notices informing you of changes to our policies, technical service issues related to a product or service, or other information that is essential to the use of our Site, services, and products.
